The Morris Music Academy offers private music lessons for all ages. Private lessons are available for most band and orchestra instruments, piano, guitar and voice. Lessons are available in half-hour and one-hour time slots and are scheduled weekly at established times during the day or evening Monday-Saturday based on availability.
Studio Registration
New and returning students must pay a $35 registration fee. A $5 discount is given for each additional family member.
Weekly Private Lessons
Orchestra, Band Instruments, Voice - $102 per month for ½-hour lessons and $204 for 1-hour lessons.
Group Lessons
Keyboard, GuitarStrings (Violin/Viola/Cello/Double Bass) - are $180 per six-week sessions (1-hour per week) or $120 per student, per month, depending on the class. Group lesson assignments are based on availability, with a four (4) member minimum per group.
Special Group Sessions

Required Lesson Supplies
Each student will need to purchase and bring the following to each lesson:
- An acceptable student/intermediate or professional instrument. Toy or poor quality instruments cannot be used. If you need to purchase or rent an instrument, please discuss this with us. We are very knowledgeable and can direct your purchase of a quality instrument for your student.
- Music method book(s) – the exact type of book(s) the student will need will be determined by their instructor at the first lesson.
- Small Metronome
